2002-2003 Season Spotlight

After waiting for quite some time for Will, he came strolling in, last of all the players, caring one and only one of Rodney Bauman's skates.  He sat down with us for an interview...

Where is you hometown?

Arnprior, Ontario.

Do you have any brothers or sisters?

I have a sister, she is twenty and goes to Queens University.

The Ottawa Senators.

Which NHL players do you think your play most resembles?

Wade Redden, I guess.

Yes, I live with a billet, I use to live with Rod, Rod(ney) Bauman, but they moved me and now I live on my own with my billets.

Steak and mashed potatoes.

The Fugitive.

To you, what has been your greatest achievement?

Probably playing in the OHL.

What is your favorite childhood movie or TV show?

(After about a minute of thinking Will's answer was:) Can we come back to that?

What is your favorite day of the week and why?

Saturday, we don't always play on Saturday, and we just get to relax.  I like it.  I can enjoy my free time.

Have you ever been in a school play?

Yeah, in grade one, I was Theodore the Teddy Bear, it was a Christmas play.

Should we go back to the childhood movie or TV show now?

Yes, sure, (after more thinking Will exclaimed:) SHIPWRECKED!

After talking to Will, we were wondering ourselves what movie Shipwrecked was, so we did some digging and found this:  It was a movie made in 1991, about a cabin boy who was on a ship, taken over by pirates and the ship was wrecked in a tropical storm.  He was washed overboard and wound up on a deserted island where he finds pirates treasure and frees his shipmates from the people that captured them.

We have created a game to play with each player, all of which have different categories and types of games.  Will picked a number from one to five and came up with the this or that game.
